My Story

Hey there, I’m Ailene Bonczkowski, a passionate data analyst based in Louisville, KY. Beyond crunching numbers and diving into data, I have a rich background in hospitality and management, where I fine-tuned my skills in leadership and operations.

My journey into tech began with a desire for a new challenge and a love for digging into data. I thrive on unraveling complex datasets using Python, R, SQL, and Power BI, turning them into actionable insights that drive meaningful decisions.

When I’m not immersed in data, you’ll find me enjoying quality time with my family—my two amazing kids and our three dogs. Family is everything to me, and they keep me grounded and inspired every day.

Currently pursuing my B.S. in Data Science with a minor in Mathematics at Indiana University Southeast (graduating in 2025), I’m excited about the opportunities ahead to apply my skills and make a positive impact. I’m passionate about using data to empower communities and drive social change, making a difference wherever I can.
